Whether you are having a romantic dinner for two, or a large soire',
Chef Debby is the one to hire! Chef Debby catered my 50th birthday party in May, providing some of the most delicious
food I have ever had. The theme was Tapas and Wine, for approximately 20 people. From Seared Ahi on wontons,
with wasabi aioli and microgreens, to lamb meatballs with tatziki sauce, the food was First Class. My dessert
choice was individual tarts, which melted in your mouth, along with mini cheescakes, and they also made an individual
birthday cake of luscious carrot cake.
Chef Debby provided a beautiful atmosphere, with perfectly set tables,
beautiful displays, and the food was plated to perfection. The assistants were very professional, friendly, and
obviously enjoyed their work.
For any event that you thoroughly want to enjoy, leave it all to Chef Debby and
her crew. It will be a memorable event!

We
were lucky to have found Debby. She organized and created the food for a large party that we had at our home (about
70 people). We wanted a Spanish Menu. From the Empanadas to the Vegetarian Paella, everything was perfect! The menu planning process with Debby was so
much fun. She is very creative and interested in pulling together a menu, which suited exactly what we wanted, the
food was excellent and the service and attention to detail was spot on.
Many of our guests commented on how great
the food was.

Debby made Garlic & Rosemary Rack of Lamb with a Syrah Reduction with
French Green Beans and Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Her food was absolutely delicious! I was thrilled when I heard one of
the guests say, "This dish is too beautiful to eat".
The dinner was served on time and everything was
cooked perfectly. I’m so glad that I found Chef Debby. I will definitely call her again for a future event.

We have really been enjoying the meals you made for us. Your Chicken Picatta is now a family favorite and
your Chicken Tortilla Soup with Avocado Relish is to die for! I want to order twice as much next time. It was even a treat
