We were lucky to have Debby organize and create the food for a large party that we had at our home (about 70 people). We wanted a Spanish Menu. From the Empanadas to the Vegetarian Paella, everything was perfect! The menu planning process with Debby was so much fun. She is very creative and interested in pulling together a menu, which suited exactly what we wanted, the food was excellent and the service and attention to detail was spot on. My husband and I can't say enough great things about Chef Debby Poe. My husband surprised me for our 10th anniversary while I was on bed rest with our twin boys. I was so excited that someone was going to actually cook us a special anniversary dinner since we couldn't go out and celebrate. We never expected the food to be so incredibly good. Thank you Debby for making both the Ladies Holiday Luncheon & our Christmas Dinner such a success. Everyone loved your Artichoke, Pesto & Pine Nut Bruschetta appetizer; so different from the same old bruschetta always served in restaurants. Cooking has always been a sore subject in our household. Between work and finding time for the family, meal preparation was just not a priority for us. However, the old drawer full of take-out menus quickly gets old. We also try to be health conscious which isn’t well served with fast food. When I found out that I was pregnant with twins, in addition to our two-year daughter it was time to look for a dinner alternative. Our first try at a personal chef service proved disappointing. Thankfully, our next try produced everything we had hoped for. I found Debby on the Internet. She was professional and very interested in our dining preferences. Debby made Garlic & Rosemary petite Lamb Chops with a Syrah Reduction with French Green Beans and Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Her food was absolutely delicious! I was thrilled when I heard one of the guests say, "This dish is too beautiful to eat". The dinner was served on time and everything was cooked perfectly. I’m so glad that I found Chef Debby. Dear Chef Debby, Jim and I really want to thank you for making our 15th Wedding Anniversary so special. The food was fantastic. The Crab Cakes & Mango Salsa appetizer was excellent and it went great with our Tropical Martini’s. The Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Madeira was amazing! Dear Debby, My folks are enjoying the wonderful meals that you created in their kitchen. My husband Tom and I even were treated to a fabulous Chili Con Carne dinner this past Saturday.
